Job Summary
The Corporate Compliance Specialist will support the organization’s Corporate Compliance Program within the Quality Assurance & Improvement department, focusing on Medicaid compliance, billing integrity, auditing, staff education, risk assessment, and regulatory preparedness. Responsibilities include assisting in policy development and revision, conducting billing/document audits for Medicaid and payer requirements, monitoring audit findings and corrective actions, providing compliance training, and supporting compliance investigations and inquiries. Collaboration with leadership across program, finance, clinical, and operational teams is essential to promote ethical conduct and accountability in a nonprofit youth-serving organization regulated by NY OMH, OCFS, and related agencies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in public or healthcare administration, human services, compliance or a related field with at least two (2) years experience OR an Associates degree/certifications/experience with a minimum of (5) years in healthcare compliance, auditing, quality assurance or regulatory work
