Job Summary
Enforces the corporate compliance plan per OMIG regulations and conducts monthly billing audits across OPWDD programs; prepares audit results for the Compliance Officer and leadership, maintains and files Code of Conduct attestations, administers annual compliance training, and participates in ongoing training. Provides on-site feedback during program reviews with QA to support OPWDD certification readiness, documents findings in written reports, and recommends action to address non-compliance. Acts as a resource for program staff and clinicians on documentation standards and compliance processes, participates in Corporate Compliance and Safety committees, and supports dissemination of audit information to executives and program administrators. Requires travel within the boroughs and strong proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.A. in Human Services)
- 3-5 years OPWDD experience
- Knowledge of OPWDD regulations
- Excellent written communication skills and reasoning ability
- Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Travel required within the boroughs
- NYS Driver’s license
