Job Summary
Conduct compliance and quality assurance audits for federal, state, and city regulations. Investigate allegations of client abuse and neglect, reporting incidents to the Justice Center and New York State Office of Mental Health. Audit insurance claims, monitor the Agency compliance program, and develop policies and procedures. Serve as HIPAA Privacy Officer, provide staff training, and coordinate orientation efforts. Participate in the Incident Review Committee, Staff Development Committee, and ongoing program development. Monitor the AWARD Helpdesk and Zendesk. Maintain 24/7 on-call availability for serious incidents and assume disaster preparedness roles during declared emergencies. Perform related duties including document storage and physical tasks as required.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree
- 3-5 years' administrative experience
- 3-5 years' supervisory experience
- 3-5 years' clinical experience with psychiatric population
- Evidence of progressively responsible positions
