Job Summary
Corporate Communications Manager responsible for developing, managing, and executing integrated communication strategies across internal and external audiences. Lead media relations, prepare press releases, and manage corporate announcements; ensure consistent brand messaging; draft presentations and key messages for senior leadership; build CEO personal branding through speeches, interviews, social media, and thought leadership opportunities; lead crisis communications and serve as media contact; support CSR and reputation management initiatives. Requires a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), 5+ years in corporate communications, strong collaboration with senior leadership, strategic thinking, crisis and reputation management, and proficiency in English and Urdu, plus digital communication tools and solid project management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, PR, Journalism, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in corporate communications
- Proficiency in crisis communication management, reputation management, and media relations within a business context
- Strong command of English (written and verbal) and Urdu (Written)
- Proven media relations and crisis management expertise
- Proficiency in digital platforms and communication tools
- Excellent interpersonal and project management skills
