Job Summary
Corporate Communications Apprentice role supporting Believers worldwide (approximately 70%) and assisting the press office (30%). Responsibilities include content creation and storytelling in English and French (newsletters, announcements, artist/label spotlights), producing multimedia assets (posters, infographics, slide decks), aligning communications with the company’s 2030 strategy and organizational updates, intranet management, global Slack community coordination, analyzing engagement data, supporting internal events (town halls, leadership broadcasts), and assisting with day-to-day media relations and press-action coordination for coordinated rollouts. Required skills include strong written communication in English and French, proficiency with Google Workspace, Canva, and Mailchimp, and excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities; demonstrated ability to manage multiple small projects while maintaining empathy and alignment with corporate culture.
Required Qualifications
- Education: currently pursuing a Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) from a university, business school, or specialized institute, with a focus on Communications, Journalism, Digital Media
- Languages: fluency in English and French is mandatory.
- Technical skills: Strong proficiency in Google Workspace tools (Docs, Slides), comfortable with communications tools such as Canva and Mailchimp, familiarity with digital collaboration platforms (Slack, Drive or modern Intranets)
