Job Summary
Advise on governance, compliance, corporate structuring, charity law, and commercial transactions for First Nations organisations and businesses. Assist clients with rule book reviews, constitution development, trust deeds, and directors' duties. Interpret and apply the Corporations (Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander) Act 2006 (Cth) and negotiate, draft, and review diverse commercial agreements. Act as a trusted advisor to prescribed bodies corporate, Aboriginal community-controlled organisations, and government bodies. Requires 1.5 years post-admission experience in corporate commercial front-end work.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 1.5 years post-admission experience, specifically in corporate and commercial front end work
- To be eligible to apply for this role you must be permitted to work in Australia on an unrestricted basis
