Job Summary
Client Director role in a European insurance brokerage requires leading established accounts while driving new business growth through cross-selling and upselling. Act as strategic lead for clients, shaping programme design, overseeing renewals, ensuring exceptional delivery across touchpoints, and collaborating with broking, claims, and specialist teams to expand relationships. Build and convert a strong pipeline of corporate clients, leveraging market knowledge to win and retain business. Hybrid role with 2 days per week in the office (Staines or Redhill, Surrey).
Required Qualifications
- Experience in commercial Insurance lines
- Strong track record in relationship management
- Ability to build and convert a pipeline of corporate clients
- Capability to manage renewals and ensure delivery across touchpoints
- Ability to work with broking, claims, and specialist teams to deliver high-quality service
- Experience in growing a profitable book of business
- Hybrid working acceptance (2 office days per week in Staines or Redhill)
- Strategic client leadership and cross-selling/upselling skills
