Job Summary
The Corporate Catering Chef is responsible for enhancing culinary operations and overseeing high-volume catering and private events at Texas Live! Develop and standardize menus, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining culinary standards. Responsibilities include partnering on recipe development, managing BOH systems, controlling food and labor costs, and training culinary teams. Candidates should have experience as a Chef or Senior Culinary Manager, exceptional culinary skills, and the ability to travel and work flexible hours.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Chef or Senior Culinary Manager
- Background in high volume catering
- Ability to travel within the vertical as required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Culinary degree or relevant certification
- Experience in high volume catering
- Exceptional culinary skills
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
