Job Summary
Manage corporate lending cases from application through to completion and drawdown, acting as the main point of contact for customers, brokers, and stakeholders. Coordinate with Underwriters, Sales Teams, Portfolio Managers, Solicitors, and Valuers to progress applications efficiently while monitoring pipelines, managing timelines, and escalating risks. Ensure all documentation is accurate, compliant, and completed in line with lending and regulatory requirements, supporting loan offers, valuations, and legal processes. Produce MI reporting, maintain accurate records, and identify opportunities to improve processes while providing coaching to the wider team.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in corporate lending, loan operations, or case management in a financial lender
- Familiarity with corporate loan products, credit analysis, and lending processes
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing loan documentation
- Strong understanding of banking regulations and compliance requirements
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to ensure smooth communication with customers, brokers, colleagues and stakeholders
- Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in both CRM and loan operating systems
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to managing issues and delays
