Job Summary
Architect and manage a global corporate card program across multiple regions and banking platforms, ensuring operational excellence, financial accuracy, and a seamless cardholder experience. Monitor banking platforms daily to confirm payments are posted accurately and on time, while overseeing end-to-end month-end reconciliation, investigating discrepancies, and maintaining audit-ready documentation. Partner with banking institutions, procurement, and executive leadership to drive program efficiency, scalability, and compliance, and develop dashboards providing visibility into compliance, spend trends, and operational KPIs. Perform deep-dive data analysis to identify risks and recommend cost-saving opportunities for policy and process enhancements, while coaching and mentoring a small team and serving as the internal voice for T&E policies.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience managing a mid- to large-scale global Travel & Expense (T&E) card program and administering multiple banking platforms
- Experience in manual account reconciliations, complex financial analysis and month-end close support
- Experience with Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, X/Vlookup, complex formulas, and macro-based automation) to support strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience managing/mentoring a team and influencing stakeholders across different levels of an organization
- Experience with corporate card compliance, financial controls, and audit requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with SAP Concur and Oracle Fusion/ERP systems
- Experience implementing RPA (Robotic Process Automation) or other automation tools to improve reconciliation efficiency
- Exceptional communication, the ability to prioritize competing demands independently, and a solutions-oriented mindset
