Corporate Card Analyst

Job Summary
Monitors corporate card accounts for delinquency and misuse; communicates with staff, managers, and HR when a corporate card account becomes past due; aims to maximize the rebate from card issuing bank by reducing deductions caused by delinquent balances; contacts employees to repay personal expenses and follows up on payments; reminds employees of Company policies and procedures; reviews reports for un-submitted card transactions and ensures compliance with Company policies; purges unused historical card transactions as needed; processes corporate card applications, sets/adjusts credit limits, and ensures card agreements are signed by the employee (and manager, if applicable) with each card issuance; maintains a file of executed card agreements; cancels cards for terminated employees and ensures all outstanding expenses have been submitted; if needed, obtains travel invoices; reconciles credit balances and requests refunds; works with Accounts Payable to record refunds; communicates with line manager/HR for terminating employees with balances; collaborates with Legal to ensure advised on responsibilities; researches expense report submissions for duplicates/fraud; monitors MCC reports for potential misuse; works with Accounts Payable to establish rebate processes and ensure proper reporting; assigns newly issued cards; provides excellent customer service to traveling employees; generates travel and expense reports; requires Advanced English, 2 years of experience, and strong MS Office skills.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of previous working experience
- Advanced English level - mandatory
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated ability to work with confidential and sensitive data
- Great attention to detail, accuracy, organizational, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
