Job Summary

Lead the planning and delivery of Nebius’s corporate build programs (office launches, expansions, renovations, and refreshed workplace environments) across a global footprint. Collaborate with Workplace, IT, Security, Procurement, and external vendors to ensure spaces are secure, scalable, standards-based, and ready for employees on day one. Drive standards for workplace technology (A/V, network infrastructure, cabling, IT spaces), coordinate MACs and changes, and maintain runbooks and as-built records. Manage cross-functional project schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies; report to leadership; ensure governance, design reviews, and handover procedures. Develop strong vendor relationships with system integrators and contractors, and align with global site leadership to ensure readiness and compliance with security and workplace technology standards. Familiarity with PM methodologies (PMP/PRINCE2/ITIL is a plus) and a track record of delivering complex office expansion programs in a fast-growth, international environment.

Required Qualifications

  • 5–8+ years of experience delivering corporate build, workplace technology, facilities technology, or infrastructure projects in a global environment
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and vendors
  • Strong project and operational management skills including scheduling, risk management, reporting, and stakeholder communication
  • Working knowledge of A/V systems, corporate networking, low-voltage infrastructure, structured cabling, and workplace technology environments
  • Experience managing external vendors, contractors, and system integrators
  • Ability to review and coordinate technology requirements within construction and workplace projects
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Working proficiency in English

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience supporting meeting room technology standards and collaboration platforms at scale (nice to have)
  • Exposure to workplace technology security and compliance practices (nice to have)
  • English proficiency (working)
