Job Summary

Partner with portfolio managers and research analysts to generate investment ideas, source opportunities, and access liquidity in the corporate bond market. Negotiate and execute trades on behalf of portfolios while maintaining strong dealer relationships across sales, trading, and syndicate functions. Collaborate with desk-dedicated quant research staff to develop quantitative analytics and solutions, and work with technology, compliance, and operations teams to enhance service and execution capabilities. Represent the trading desk in periodic team meetings, client engagements, and ad hoc forums. Requires 10+ years of sell-side or buy-side experience trading corporate bonds and credit derivatives, with a Bachelor's degree preferred in quantitative fields. Fidelity's Fixed Income division manages over $2 trillion in assets, combining fundamental research with macroeconomic and quantitative analysis to maximize risk-adjusted total return.

  • 10+ years sell-side or buy-side experience trading corporate bonds and credit derivatives
