Job Summary
Vice President Corporate Banker in Sydney responsible for originating and managing a portfolio of 25–30 ASX Top 300-listed clients, developing account plans, coordinating with product partners for cross-sell, leading all credit-related work streams and approvals, and delivering JPMorgan’s financing, capital markets, risk management, treasury and securities services, and asset management solutions within the Australian corporate banking franchise.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in corporate banking
- Credit trained, with experience in structuring and executing leveraged loans in connection with M&A, IPOs, and related transactions
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a relevant discipline
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Team player with effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Extensive knowledge of credit and funding products, structured solutions, transaction banking, markets and risk management product suite, and investment products
- Ability to develop account plans and collaborate with product partners for cross-sell strategies
- Ability to lead credit-related work streams and facilitate governance approvals within Australian regulatory standards
