Job Summary
Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Portfolio Managers and a Credit Analyst within the Asset Based Finance business. Manage a large portfolio of complex commercial lending relationships, routinely assessing loan requests, modifications, and renewals to ensure appropriate risk ratings and strong portfolio performance. Oversee credit processes including annual reviews, past-due management, and compliance with regulatory requirements while building trusted advisor relationships with key clients and internal partners. Drive operational excellence by identifying process improvements and communicating credit concerns and risk exposures to management.
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience in Asset Based Lending
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, accounting or other related field
- 10 or more years of banking experience
- Five or more years of management experience
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
- Ability to be collaborative as we work closely with several business partners throughout the Bank
- This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week
