Job Summary

Conduct independent financial statement, covenant, and collateral analysis for Corporate Banking clients to assess liquidity, leverage, and debt service capacity. Manage an assigned portfolio of relationships by monitoring financial performance against plan objectives, tracking delinquencies, and identifying early warning signals of credit deterioration. Oversee credit quality, risk management, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory expectations while formulating independent conclusions on risk ratings. Collaborate with Relationship Managers and the Credit Department to mitigate potential losses, present loan modification requests, and support cross-sell opportunities. Ensure timely receipt and evaluation of financial statements to maintain continuous improvement in portfolio oversight.

Required Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in business, Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field
  • A minimum of three (3) to seven (7) years of strong credit analyst experience and/or demonstrated portfolio management skills
  • Ability to independently underwrite commercial loans
  • Knowledge of commercial loan structures and documentation
  • Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence others
  • Strong computer and analytical skills
  • A valid driver's license
  • Travel, including some overnight stays
