Corporate Banking Portfolio Analyst - Investment Real Estate

Job Summary
Track ongoing performance of loan portfolio clients and assess liquidity, leverage, and debt service capacity for Corporate Banking relationships. Assist with financial statement, covenant, and collateral analysis while monitoring delinquencies and identifying early warning signals of credit deterioration. Prepare Annual reviews, Interim reviews, Covenant testing, and renewal documentation in collaboration with Relationship Managers. Monitor client financial performance against plan objectives and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory expectations. Escalate critical items to the Credit Department and foster seamless communication across Credit, Credit Review, and Loan Documentation teams.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in business, Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field
- Three (3) to five (5) years of credit analysis experience
- Understanding of financial statement analysis
- Ability to spread financials and prepare cash flows and credit memos
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence others
- Strong computer and analytical skills
- A valid driver's license
- Travel, including some overnight stays
