Job Summary
Analyst in the Innovation Economy Banking Group will manage client relationships, conduct industry and company research, support credit analysis, and collaborate with product and industry specialists. Responsibilities include assisting with pitchbook preparation, coordinating with deal teams, executing transactions from initial pitch through close for existing and prospective clients, and developing financial models to support financing transactions, along with reporting requirements and data management. The role involves preparing marketing materials for client meetings on financing, working capital optimization, industry and peer analysis, and helping generate new revenue opportunities from prospects and existing clients; requires exposure to treasury services, markets, venture debt, equity/debt capital markets, and M&A.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance/Economics or a related field
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in Corporate or Investment Banking
- Proficient financial modelling skills
- Organized, detail-oriented and proactive
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment
- Highly motivated team player with solid communication and project management skills
- Outstanding ethics, integrity, and judgment
- Excel and Power Point skills
