Job Summary
Support Client Adoption and Client Review processes while maintaining ongoing dialogue with the CRM team. Responsibilities include preparing call memos, assisting Relationship Managers in daily activities, contributing to Know Your Client (KYC) processes, and collaborating with Cash Management and Trade Finance teams. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong teamwork, proactive problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, along with the ability to communicate in English and Portuguese.
Required Qualifications
- Candidates with bachelor or master’s in business, economics, mathematics, banking
- Demonstrate good language and communication skills (English and Portuguese)
- Strong team working spirit and willingness to learn
- Good ability to organize and manage tasks
- Proactive, able to identify improvements and ability to work autonomously
- Excellent in Microsoft Office
Additional Requirements
- Must be available for a 6‐month full‐time internship, with the possibility of renewal for an additional 6 months.
- Must be able to work on‐site at the office every day (no remote/hybrid option)
