Job Summary
Maintain the cleanliness of a corporate bank building by cleaning, stocking, and sanitizing restrooms, mopping and sweeping floors, dusting surfaces, and cleaning windows and glass. Dispose of trash and recycling while managing inventory of supplies. Effectively communicate with the manager and staff regarding issues and supply needs. Use motorized equipment such as vacuums and hand-operated floor cleaners. Read and comprehend instructions and safety materials. Work the 2nd shift from 8:00pm to 11:30pm Monday through Friday. This part-time role involves daily exposure to cleaning solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Effectively communicate with manager and other staff regarding issues and supply needs
- Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods
- Ability to bend, stoop, reach and lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to use motorized equipment (vacuum, hand operated floor cleaners)
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and safety related materials
- Must be able to pass a background check
