Corporate Audit Manager

Oversee operational compliance and financial audits to assess risks and control breakdowns hindering financial integrity or business objectives. Collaborate with the Director on audit planning by assessing prior results, identifying key risks, developing scope, and conducting risk-based assessments for site visits. Prepare and conduct audits ensuring agendas cover end-to-end process risks, incorporating methods like interview, data analytics, and SOX reliance to increase fieldwork effectiveness. Prepare clear audit reports for CJ Group and affiliates that identify root problems with practical solutions, then monitor and follow up on recommended solution implementation. Continually develop skills in sector rules and regulations while providing training to other affiliates and creating ad-hoc and routine reports in English and Korean.
