Job Summary
Advise clients on a broad range of corporate and business legal matters, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial contracts. Counsel on governance, compliance, and risk management while partnering with business owners to develop strategies aligned with objectives. Conduct legal research, provide strategic analysis, and represent clients during negotiations and disputes. Collaborate across practice areas and mentor junior attorneys within a high-performing team. Build long-term client relationships through proactive counsel. Requires an active Alabama Bar license, 2+ years of litigation experience, and corporate law expertise. Hybrid flexibility available for experienced attorneys.
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- Active Alabama Bar license in good standing
- 2+ years of litigation experience
- Local to Mobile or willing to relocate
Desired Qualifications
- Corporate, business, or transactional law experience strongly preferred
- Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills
- Strong legal writing, communication, and analytical abilities
- Ability to manage client relationships independently
