Job Summary
Experienced Corporate Attorney provides legal counsel across construction, infrastructure, renewable energy, real estate, and corporate operations. Advises executive leadership, manages legal risk, and supports nationwide project execution. Core responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and administering construction and EPC contracts, subcontractor and supplier agreements, master service agreements, NDAs, and a broad range of commercial contracts; advising on contract interpretation, risk allocation, and dispute avoidance; supporting corporate transactions, governance, compliance, and risk management; reviewing land purchase agreements, leases, easements, and related real estate documents; coordinating litigation with outside counsel and monitoring regulatory developments. Preferred experience in renewable energy, EPC contracting, and in-house counsel in construction or energy sectors; strong negotiation, drafting, and communication skills; capable of balancing legal protections with business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active license and good standing with at least one U.S. state bar
- Minimum of five (5) years of legal experience in a law firm or in-house corporate environment
- Strong experience supporting construction-related projects, contracts, and disputes
- Demonstrated expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial agreements
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced business environment
