Job Summary
Review and negotiate Master Service Agreements, EPC contracts, and equipment procurement agreements while managing template updates. Provide legal counsel on environmental compliance, permitting requirements, and support responses to field incidents or spills. Advise the Supply Chain, Operations, Projects, and Finance functions on Joint Operating Agreements and Authority for Expenditures. Ensure adherence to the Santos Management System, Delegation of Authority, and Corporate Governance standards. Requires a Juris Doctorate with minimum six years of practice experience, including Alaska state and federal environmental law. Full-time role in Alaska with competitive compensation and benefits.
