Mid-to-senior level Corporate Associate in San Diego supporting complex M&A and private equity transactions. Responsibilities include handling corporate transactions with emphasis on public and private M&A, drafting and negotiating acquisition agreements and related documentation, performing due diligence, and collaborating across practice areas. Requires 4-6 years of relevant experience, strong writing and interpersonal skills, and California Bar admission. Required Qualifications
