Job Summary
Conduct corporate law services including mergers & acquisitions, corporate formation, structuring, and drafting of operating agreements, bylaws, shareholder agreements, and equity transactions. Prepare legal documents, perform research, and coordinate implementation strategies to ensure clients receive cost-effective solutions while contributing to firm revenue and client satisfaction goals. Achieve minimum billing hours and effective rate targets monthly and annually, develop new client referral sources, and manage workflow to meet deadlines. Apply strong organizational skills and leadership qualities within a high-achievement culture where attorneys receive mentoring, paid bar dues, and a bonus structure based on billable hours and origination.
Required Qualifications
- 3-7 years of experience
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited university
- Licensed to practice law in the state of Colorado
- knowledge of and demonstrated experience in Corporate Services
