Job Summary
Stinson LLP seeks a Corporate Associate Attorney with three to five years of experience to join their Corporate Finance Division. The role requires an active Missouri attorney license and experience with mergers and acquisitions, private equity investment, leveraged buyouts, and/or capital markets transactions. Candidates should have strong writing, analytical, organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Additional preferred experience includes corporate governance, venture capital transactions, private equity offerings, and compliance with SEC filing requirements. Responsibilities involve collaborating on complex transactions for national clients in a dynamic environment.
