Job Summary
Join Stinson LLP as a Corporate M&A Associate in the Corporate Finance Division. The ideal candidate will have three to five years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity investment transactions, and capital markets transactions. Strong skills in writing, analysis, organization, leadership, and communication are essential. Candidates will work collaboratively on sophisticated national client transactions, contributing their expertise in corporate governance and securities filings when necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Active attorney license in Arizona or applicable jurisdiction
- Three to five years of relevant experience
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong writing, analytical, organizational, leadership and communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with corporate governance matters
- Experience in venture capital investment transactions
- Experience with private offerings of equity and/or debt securities
- Experience with Forms 10-K, 10-Q and 8-K filings and proxy statements
