Represent clients in corporate and real estate business transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, while advising companies and investors on entity formation, corporate governance, corporate finance, securities regulations, and commercial law matters. Handle company reorganizations and international business law matters, leveraging strong analytical, legal research, writing, and communication skills. Admitted to practice in Texas with four to seven years of experience in this area. Hybrid work arrangement available. Required Qualifications
- Admitted to practice in Texas
- At least four (4) to seven (7) years of experience representing clients in connection with corporate and real estate business transactions, including mergers & acquisitions
