Job Summary
Stinson LLP is seeking a Corporate Associate Attorney to join their expanding Corporate Finance Division. Candidates should possess three to five years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, and capital markets transactions, along with an active Missouri attorney license. Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills are essential, and additional experience with corporate governance and venture capital transactions is preferred.
