Job Summary
Manage M&A, joint venture, and equity/debt financing transactions by drafting and negotiating corporate documents, including merger agreements, stock purchase agreements, and complex shareholder contracts. Lead deal teams while leveraging advanced client skills to drive origination and billable hours. Requires admission to the NJ or NY bar and 4+ years of transactional experience. - 4+ years of experience
- advanced transactional experience
- managing/leading M&A
- joint venture (including real estate JVs)

- various commercial agreements
