Job Summary
Corporate Application Technical Leader to guide project teams and provide senior technical consulting, analysis, development, testing, quality assurance and project planning for critical enterprise business applications. Leads day-to-day work output, schedules and reviews tasks, drives consensus for corporate-wide solution designs, unites stakeholders across divisions, develops and maintains enterprise information structures and applications, ensures security, privacy and QA requirements per MFIPPA, and supports project management and procurement processes. Requires deep experience with enterprise on-premises platforms, integration and data flows, scripting for automation, change management, and proven ability to collaborate with diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders. Knowledge of OpenText xECM and/or Rocket Mobius is required, along with experience across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and enterprise content management deployment.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in computer science or a related discipline, or the equivalent combination of education and experience
- Extensive experience coordinating and leading administration of enterprise on-premises platforms
- Installing, configuring, maintaining, and upgrading enterprise applications
- Managing middleware platforms and web/app servers such as Tomcat, IIS etc.
- Monitoring application performance and performing troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Managing SSL certificate installation and renewals, service account password updates and system patching
- Supporting system integrations, APIs, and data flows processes
- Automating routine administrative and operational tasks using scripting tools
- Managing configuration control and environment promotions across SBX, DEV, STG, TRN and PROD environments
- Providing Incident, problem, and operational support in enterprise environments
- Leading and co-ordinating Change Management following the CAB process
- Extensive experience in troubleshooting system and application issues, including log analysis, root cause investigation, and effective issue resolution
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including non-technical project managers, subject matter experts, highly technical IT teams, developers, and external vendors within a fast-paced, high-demand environment
- Experience with OpenText xECM and/or Rocket Mobius enterprise content management solutions in on-premises and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Experience collaborating with infrastructure, security, development, and testing teams in the deployment of Records Management solutions
