Job Summary
Own the end-to-end planning and execution of premium hospitality across every Spark Arena event, managing ICON Suites, SKYBOXES, and the Premium Lounge. Handle pre-event communications with clients regarding menu selections, dietary needs, invoicing, and general enquiries while building strong relationships with annual suite holders to maximise utilisation. Recruit, train, and manage the Premium Hospitality casual workforce, briefing them for each event. Manage the membership database through Archtics to drive sign-ups and engagement across all comms channels, and assist the Head of Business Development with proposals and venue hire enquiries. Complete post-event reporting to identify opportunities for refining the hospitality offering. Full-time role with comprehensive benefits, including access to free live events and wellness programs.
Required Qualifications
- A background in event management, hospitality, venue operations or account management
- Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities in a fast paced, live event environment
- Experience leading and motivating teams, including casual or event based staff
- Strong administrative skills, with experience in budgeting, reporting and operational processes
- A natural ability to build rapport with clients, suite holders and internal stakeholders alike
- A knack for spotting opportunities to improve processes, elevate guest experience or drive business growth
