Job Summary
Implement sales strategies to acquire and retain corporate and hospital insurance customers while providing updates on the latest hospital products and facilities. Collaborate with insurance companies to convert them into corporate clients and maintain cooperative relationships to ensure partner satisfaction. Collect monthly income data for evaluation and prepare documentation for promotional activities such as seminars and on-site events. Manage registration processes for internal parties and implement quality and safety procedures to support hospital-wide indicators. Resolve complex contract and claims issues using strong negotiation skills and excellent communication abilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree from Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Insurance, Finance, or any related major
Desired Qualifications
- Have minimum 1 year of experience in the sales field will be plus
- Have Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and resolve contract and claims issues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, insurance representatives, and internal teams
- Familiarity with healthcare management software, insurance billing systems, and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Ability to address and resolve complex issues related to insurance claims, client contracts, and account management
