Job Summary
Corporate Alliance Recruiter collaborates with Account Managers to place graduates in roles with our corporate partners. Responsibilities include proactively outreach to graduates to assess placement eligibility; maintaining graduate documentation and updating profiles for job matching; coordinating web applications and onboarding with relevant teams; sourcing candidates from the student/graduate population; building and maintaining a candidate pipeline; conducting interviews to assess suitability, skills, experience, and cultural fit; managing candidate communications throughout the hiring process; scheduling interviews and providing feedback; and performing other duties as assigned. This entry-level, full-time, remote role emphasizes relationship-building, accuracy, and collaboration within a compliance-conscious environment.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent experience

- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- 1+ years’ sales experience, staffing, long-line sales
- Experience in employment staffing, career services, out-placement services, or sales experience in the corporate sector and/or business development
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other business tools such as Microsoft Teams
- Ability to communicate fluently in verbal and written English
- Ability to support a diverse and inclusive work environment
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
