Job Summary
Corporate Affairs Coordinator role focused on coordinating meetings, priorities and logistics across the Corporate Affairs team; providing proactive stakeholder support for meetings and key activities; tracking actions, producing updates and summaries to keep priorities aligned; supporting high-profile activities such as Senate Estimates, portfolio updates and media coordination; preparing, formatting and quality-checking briefings, presentations and communications; maintaining team systems and records; handling travel, invoicing, and general administration; requiring strong organization, initiative and discretion to keep the team moving and informed.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a coordination or team support role in a fast-paced environment.
- An understanding of the rhythm and priorities of a Corporate Affairs function is advantageous so experience working within a similar function is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
- A proactive mindset—you anticipate needs and take ownership of outcomes and take initiative to keep things moving
- Sound judgement, professionalism and the ability to work with sensitive information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
