Job Summary
Manage and maintain corporate records and statutory obligations for a portfolio of entities incorporated in Barbados, ensuring all documentation, filings, and compliance requirements are met accurately and timely. Record time accurately using the firm's time management system, assist with the preparation of fee invoices, and support audit processes by preparing confirmation letters. Liaise with third parties including banks, government offices, and regulators while managing client communications within service turnaround standards. Prepare and maintain corporate registers, draft legal documents, and coordinate board and shareholder meetings to prepare materials and minutes. Review client due diligence documentation and maintain compliance records to ensure high-quality corporate governance services are delivered. Submit applications by July 17, 2026.
Required Qualifications
- Paralegal Certification
- Associate's Degree
- Corporate Secretarial Certification
- minimum of three years' experience in corporate services, legal services or a related professional environment
- excellent communication skills
- ability to draft clear and professional correspondence and corporate documents
- organised
- capable of managing competing priorities within a deadline-driven environment
- collaborative
- sound interpersonal skills
- ability to work with discretion and maintain confidentiality
- proficiency in the use of various components of Microsoft Office Suite; namely Word, Excel and PowerPoint
