Corporate Actions Senior Associate Team Lead

Supervise day-to-day team activities, ensuring strict adherence to procedures and critical timeframes while managing competing priorities. Directly manage people by providing ongoing feedback, identifying training gaps, and implementing appropriate actions to resolve them. Identify and mitigate risk through knowledge of department controls, spotting key opportunities, and escalating issues appropriately. Maintain steadfast focus on meeting internal and external client needs by responding to inquiries timely, resolving exceptions, and assisting with complex inquiries. Understand and apply principles, procedures, regulations, and policies related to specialized business functions, including writing, maintaining, and updating procedures and job aids. Assist in benchmark tracking, audit follow-up, and compliance activities while participating in team-impacting projects and initiatives.
