Job Summary
Provide direction and oversight of processing activities, achieve metrics and benchmarks, and ensure adherence to controls and risk management. Develop and implement long-term strategies while taking decisive corrective action to enhance the control environment and identify operational improvements. Serve as the primary contact for audits, lead response action plans, and maintain relationships with internal cross-functional teams and external partners. Effectively lead a multi-site workforce by evaluating talent, setting development goals, and fostering an environment where junior staff can grow. Communicate technical information clearly to high-stakes audiences and contribute to major system enhancements to ensure processing standards.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of related experience
