Job Summary
Oversee daily workflow operations, ensuring appropriate coverage and workload allocation while tracking performance metrics and analyzing productivity. Identify and implement workflow improvements, maintain quality assurance standards, and resolve workflow issues as the primary escalation point. Provide guidance, support, and training to enhance team productivity and align risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities. Report findings to upper management and maintain records of processes, performance, and training activities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics
- Proficiency in workflow management tools such as SalesForce, BPM, Power BI/Automate, Appian, etc.
