Job Summary
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of corporate actions and securities lending, including notifications, re-notifications, election responses, and entitlement calculations for loaned securities. Oversee outsourced provider performance against service standards, monitor daily KPIs and KRIs, and escalate risks promptly. Perform reconciliations to ensure accurate settlements while minimizing operational and counterparty risk, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Coordinate corporate action events by monitoring announcements and aligning stakeholders on elections.
