Job Summary
The Corporate Accounting & Payroll Specialist role supports multiple franchised dealerships within a corporate accounting team. Responsibilities include processing employee payroll accurately and timely, coordinating with an outsourced payroll provider, assisting employees with payroll-related questions, maintaining payroll records and reports, reconciling payroll accounts and bank statements, supporting accounts payable and accounts receivable, assisting with month-end close, cross-training in dealership accounting functions, and contributing to special projects and process improvements. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, technology-minded, a strong problem-solver, a collaborative team player, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Automotive dealership experience is helpful but not required. No college degree is required.

- Experience in accounting, payroll, bookkeeping, or finance
- Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills
