Corporate Accounting Associate

Assist with monthly and quarterly close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and supporting schedules. Process accounts payable invoices and payment requests, including review of coding, approvals, and supporting documentation. Prepare bank, balance sheet, and other account reconciliations; research and resolve reconciling items. Maintain monthly account reconciliation workbooks and organized supporting documentation. Prepare recurring schedules and analyses used in monthly, quarterly, board, and management reporting. Assist with intercompany accounting, reconciliations, and balance tracking for assigned entities. Support process documentation, workflow improvements, special projects, and other departmental priorities. This role works closely with the Corporate Accounting Supervisor, Corporate Controller, and internal departments to ensure accounting activities are completed accurately and on time. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred, along with one to three years of accounting experience. The expected salary range is $75,000 to $90,000.
