Job Summary
Prepare and support quarterly and annual SEC filings including Forms 10-Q, 10-K, and Proxy Statements. Assist with month-end close activities, consolidated financial reporting, and account reconciliations using BlackLine. Support financial reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP, lease accounting, equity compensation, and SOX compliance. Partner with accounting, FP&A, tax, legal, and operational teams to prepare schedules for external audits and special projects. Participate in ERP-related processes and continuous improvements. Work onsite in Cincinnati, Ohio, with occasional flexibility for unique personal situations. Requires 4+ years of progressive accounting experience and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 4+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Cincinnati, Ohio – 100% on-site
