Job Summary
Conduct Accounts Receivable functions including invoicing, manual check application, aging reports, and account reconciliation. Enter routine journal entries, bank transactions, AP bills, and credit card transactions. Perform month-end closing, reconciliation, and bank reconciliation while investigating and adjusting accounting information to ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles. Support department peers as needed. Requires 1-2 years of accrual basis accounting experience and a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance. Full application including screening questions and a pre-employment test is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- 1-2 years of accrual basis accounting working experiences including accounts receivable, journal entries, month-end closing and reconciliation, and bank reconciliation
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to interact within all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated ability in an accountant role
- Good business judgment and acumen
- Confidence and flexibility in their views
- Ability to work with multiple business units to acquire operational knowledge and execute departmental initiatives
