Job Summary
Support, customize, and troubleshoot Sage Intacct software to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance. Prepare journal entries, monthly corporate financial statements, and various reports for management, while analyzing financial information and reconciling accounts with strong attention to detail. Coordinate the month-end and year-end close process, develop custom financial reports for end users, and maintain fixed asset records. Assist with audit schedules, process documentation, and 990 tax return filing, resolve complex data processing issues, and help prepare corporate budgets. This hybrid role requires a consistent presence in downtown Minneapolis, MN.
Required Qualifications
- baccalaureate degree in accounting
- minimum of 5 years' experience
- at least 3 years' experience in corporate accounting
- Knowledge and working with SAGE Intacct accounting systems
- experience in working with SAGE Intacct accounting systems
- working knowledge of databases
- working knowledge of spreadsheets
- working knowledge of accounting system software
- Knowledge of internal controls
- Knowledge of processes
- Knowledge of analysis
- Knowledge of financial statement preparation
- Ability to complete work in an accurate and timely manner
