Job Summary
Corporate Accountant based in Dubai is responsible for end-to-end financial reporting, timely month-end close, budgeting and cash flow planning, accounts receivable/working capital management, multi-entity consolidation, coordination with external auditors, and building dashboards for board and leadership. Requires IFRS and UAE tax knowledge, Advanced Excel, experience with QuickBooks/SAP, and 3+ years in corporate accounting (preferably in real estate/property management). Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance and a driving license are required. Strong stakeholder communication and ability to present financial information to leadership are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- At least 3 years of corporate accounting experience
- In-depth knowledge of IFRS and UAE tax regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or equivalent) and advanced MS Excel skills
- Strong analytical and organizational capabilities
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Must have a driving license
