Job Summary
Corporate Account Manager based in Melbourne responsible for managing and growing high-value strategic accounts globally, developing new business, nurturing relationships with key contacts, coordinating RFPs and onboarding to systems, and driving account growth and retention across Urban Rest’s global property network. Responsibilities include securing contracts to meet sales quotas, prospecting via direct and indirect methods, collaborating with Revenue & Distribution to optimize availability and rates, onboarding large customer roll-outs, reporting on key metrics, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to seize commercial opportunities and enhance profitability. The role requires strong relationship-building, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, experience in travel industry account management, autonomy, and an entrepreneurial, client-focused approach with a willingness to travel as needed.
