Corporate Account Manager

Job Summary
Act as the primary contact for existing and potential customers in the fire protection and life-safety services space, owning customer satisfaction, prospecting for new opportunities, and expanding service opportunities. Prepare proposals for large contracts and high-profile, multi-location accounts, including retro-fit and new construction projects. Must interpret construction documents and shop drawings, manage multiple projects, and interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Requires self-starting initiative, strong written/oral communication, and proficient computer skills (including estimating programs and Excel). Travel is required (must be able to travel out of town). Education/experience requirements include minimum 2 years of college, seven years in fire protection systems, and NICET Level II certification (or ability to obtain within the first year) or an equivalent combination. Valid driver’s license and ability to read, speak, and write English fluently. Relocation assistance is provided. Equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
