Job Summary
Own the end-to-end onboarding experience for complex corporate accounts, managing kickoffs, training, adoption milestones, and escalations to ensure clients go live efficiently. Retain and expand revenue by driving full utilization and identifying expansion opportunities throughout the onboarding lifecycle. Build deep, trusted relationships with finance and accounting executives, serving as a strategic advisor through every phase of implementation. Manage a complex pipeline of onboarding opportunities using CRM analytics to forecast revenue outcomes and adjust strategies based on pipeline insights. Leverage consultative selling skills to tailor onboarding approaches to different buyer personas and accounting workflows, driving each customer from implementation to full utilization. Identify customer pain points and proactively remove roadblocks to product adoption while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless client experiences. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on BILL's products, educating clients and sharing best practices with teammates. Drive collaboration across the organization by advocating for customer needs, influencing product improvements, and spearheading conflict resolution.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years in a quota-carrying account management, customer success, or sales role, with experience managing complex or corporate-level accounts
- Proven track record of consistently achieving 100%+ of quota while improving conversion and adoption metrics
- Strong understanding and application of value-based and consultative selling; ability to sell internally and externally
- Proficiency in managing a complex pipeline using CRM tools
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with finance and accounting executives; able to identify pain points, offer solutions, and close business
- Ability to read and interpret financial statements and have competent conversations with risk and finance partners
- Advanced knowledge of BILL's products and services, or demonstrated ability to develop deep product expertise quickly
- Understanding of accounting systems (QuickBooks, NetSuite, etc.) and financial workflows
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with a customer-centric mindset
- High level of initiative and adaptability; able to navigate complex, ambiguous situations and drive to resolution
- Authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future
